What is Hailey Bieber's company?
According to Page Six, Hailey's company's US$1 billion (KSh 129 billion) deal comprises US$800 million (KSh 103 billion) of consideration payable at closing in a combination of cash and stock.
She got an additional potential earnout consideration of US$200 million (KSh 25 billion) based on the future growth of her brand over a three-year timeframe.
While sharing the post on her Instagram, Hailey posted a photo of herself in a suit and added another photo showing her products, which included different shades of makeup.
"When I launched @rhode in 2022, I always had big dreams for the company, and the most important thing to me is to keep bringing Rhode to more spaces, places, and faces globally. I found a like-minded disruptor with a vision to be a different kind of company that believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way that I do, and will help us continue to grow the brand. I feel invigorated, excited and more ready than ever to step into an even bigger role as Chief Creative Officer, and Head of Innovation of Rhode, as well as a strategic advisor to e.l.f. Beauty," she said.
Hailey also thanked her team for their support in helping her build her company and shared that her journey is only getting started.
