In a candid message on Instagram, Njiraini emphasised that getting intimate involves more than just physical pleasure.
Njiraini explains implications of intimacy
He warned that each encounter is more than physical as it carries spiritual and emotional implications.
“Every time you have intercourse with someone, you are exchanging more than just body fluids, but also their mindset, trauma, and spiritual self,” Njiraini stated.
He explained that such exchanges can leave lasting impressions on a person’s emotional and spiritual well-being, often without them realising it.
Why people feel drained after intimacy
According to him, this could explain why some individuals feel emotionally drained or lost after casual escapades.
“These get transferred to you. That is why one feels drained after certain hookups, because something in the other person’s spirit got tied with you,” he explained.
Njiraini urged individuals to treat sex as something sacred, rooted in love and purpose, ideally within the institution of marriage.
He noted that in such a setting, it can serve as a tool for healing, reconnection, and spiritual alignment between partners.
“It should be with love and purpose, and that only exists in the institution of marriage. It heals, re-energises and connects you more deeply,” he said.
He warned that casual hook-ups cloud one’s vision and hinder personal growth, suggesting that people often underestimate the long-term impact of such decisions.
“Don’t just protect your body, protect your future and spirit,” he concluded.

"Kuna watu hatuna pesa na hatuna sura za sympathy love, so inabidi ukilipwa advance na uklipwa end month unapea mwili service."

Njiraini dispels stereotype that aviators are reckless
In an earlier story, Njiraini poured cold water on the misconception that aviators live glamorous lives and engage in multiple relationships.
This is because they are always flying from one destination to the other, which leads many to believe they juggle multiple relationships since they are rarely in one place for long.
The motivational speaker explained that although some pilots enjoy the trappings that come with flying, the majority are reserved and lead simple lives.
He urged people to focus on the core values that define pilots, such as discipline and integrity.
