The emotional story was shared on Facebook by popular social media commentator and content creator, Sec Regen Kip.

Yuri weeps bitterly

In the photos, the man identified as Yuri is pictured weeping bitterly while sitting on a motorbike with his baby tightly wrapped against his chest.

According to Regen’s narration, the young woman abandoned her child and husband without warning.

The father, left in shock and despair, had no choice but to take full responsibility for the baby, a development that overwhelmed him.

"When you see a man shedding tears, just know that the story behind it is so deep and painful," Regen captioned the photos.

How Yuri will balance work and parenting

With no steady source of income and a loan-financed boda boda to pay off, the man now has to balance parenthood with work.

He explained that he will be carrying his child along to work each day as he struggles to meet daily repayment targets.

“This man’s boda is on loan. If he doesn’t remit the agreed amount daily, they’ll come for it first thing in the morning,” Regen explained.

He added that the distressed father had no choice but to start ferrying passengers while carrying the baby.
