In February 2025, while working in Poland, he began experiencing mild headaches and muscle aches.

He decided to return to Kenya and was treated at Eldoret Hospital. After receiving medical care and regaining his strength, he resumed his usual activities at home.

Doctors later cleared Kevin for travel, and, feeling strong once more, he returned to Poland on April 26 and resumed work at Ecowipes Company, where he had been employed.

On Mother’s Day, May 11, Kevin reached out to his mother and sisters, sending them heartfelt wishes and making sure they felt his love despite the distance.

It was a thoughtful gesture that now remains etched in the hearts of his family.

However, tragedy struck the very next day, on May 12, when Kevin went missing in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, a district near Warsaw where he lived.
