Kevin, who had been working at Ecowipes in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, went missing on Monday, May 12, under unclear circumstances.
Kevin's friend urges police to locate him
A friend based in Poland told TUKO.co.ke that at the time of his disappearance, he was scheduled for a night shift to relieve his roommate, who had already completed the day shift.
However, he never reported to work and has not been seen since.
CCTV footage retrieved from the area has shown Kevin, though the timestamp on the footage remains unclear, making it difficult to establish an exact timeline of events.
One of Kevin’s closest friends has pleaded with the police to intensify the search, suggesting that more advanced methods be considered.
“I think the only workable idea now is to use a chopper to locate him in the forest. That is the technology police officers use to find hidden objects,” he said, indicating the possibility that Kevin may have wandered into remote wooded areas.
Kevin deleted Facebook data before disappearing
Adding to the growing concern, it has been revealed that Kevin deleted all content from his Facebook page shortly before he disappeared.
His photos, posts, and personal information were all wiped, leaving behind an empty digital footprint.
This sudden action has raised alarm among friends and family, especially considering Kevin’s ongoing battle with mental health issues.
"He had been unwell and was reportedly struggling in recent weeks," the friend explained.

Kevin looked unhappy before disappearing
According to the source, Kevin had recently travelled back to Kenya for a short visit but was forced to cut the trip short due to the nearing expiry of his residence permit.
Upon returning to Poland, it is believed he was visibly unsettled and emotionally distressed. Friends noted that he had become withdrawn and less communicative than usual.
“There were signs that something wasn’t right,” the source said. “He seemed disturbed, and now with everything that’s happened, we’re worried.”
The local community, including members of the Kenyan diaspora in Poland, has rallied in support, helping to circulate Kevin’s photo and information across social media platforms.

The Polish police are actively working on the case but have not yet released a formal statement on the search strategy.
