She disclosed that, as much as turning 40 is a huge deal, she had been through so much and thought of holding a small birthday at home.

"Then one day I come home and my hubby says we are doing a chopper on my birthday. I laughed it off, turns out he was serious!" she shared.

The emotional significance of the day was compounded by a recent health scare, where she had fallen critically ill and was admitted to the ICU for several days.

Marion recently survived near-death experience

She expressed how bad the situation was, terming it a near-death experience that changed how they viewed life.

When she finally woke up and got out of the ICU, her husband reiterated that the chopper would be a good way to celebrate her fresh chance at life.

"I feel like I’ve been through so much all my life, and 40 was just a Thanksgiving," she said, her voice filled with gratitude.

The birthday lived up to its expectations, complete with a motorcade of high-end vehicles, elegant outfits, and mouthwatering catering services.

Reflecting on the unforgettable day, Marion described it as the "best day in 40 years" and revealed it was her first real party.

As of the time of filing this report, Marion and her family had extended the celebrations with a trip to Mombasa, soaking in the coastal breeze as part of the joyful milestone.

Drama as birthday guest bites host

While Marion's birthday was causing ripples on social media, another birthday party in Kiambu was descending into chaos.

What started as a child’s birthday party in Kahawa Wendani turned chaotic after a guest allegedly bit the host during the celebration.

A video that went viral online captured guests attempting to calm the situation and place the drunk woman on a motorcycle to take her home.

The reason for the guest's aggression remains unclear, but everything came to a standstill until the woman was ejected.
