"My main concern is about tomorrow's demos. We talked a lot with your mum and we shared our deep concern about your safety. I think you are well and know how we, as your parents are deeply concerned about your welfare. Our hope in you is endless, so is the love. The entire Kyeva family has a lot of expectations of you. The dangers ahead are many, although Jehovah God is our protector," read part of the message.

Dogo's father noted that he and the mother were having a sleepless night on the eve of the protests, reminding him that he was his family's hope.

"Remember how I pleaded with you and how your mum also pleaded. Why all this? It's because we love you and have a lot of expectations and a lot of wishes for you. Your mum and I are having a sleepless night, and hopeful we will sleep when we see you in one piece. For sure, remember the care you got, especially from your mum, and I think you wouldn't want to offend her. Think of all the advice I gave you and also your mum. My only prayer is to our creator to protect you from all bad omens. Please keep us informed of your movement tomorrow. Goodnight," he added.

Sharing the screenshot, Dogo revealed that he has received numerous calls from his parents just to ensure he is safe and not participating in the demos.

"I’m loved at home🫂 Leo nayo nimepigiwa simu one million na wazae😂," he shared.
