Kenyan mortician Ann Mwagangi has leaked M-Pesa screenshots of Kenyans sending her money to book slots at her mortuary.

She wrote:

"To that Kenyan who sent me KSh 1 for booking and you also want WIFI."

Some have sent her as low as KSh 1 to book her services. She jokingly captioned the post:

"No refunds."

One Kenyan told her to relax as they would send her some more money.

The youths have shown a preference for the mortician to handle their bodies in case of their deaths on June 25.

She revealed that some were interested in knowing more about morgue bills and storage.

What dark jokes have Kenyans shared ahead of protests?

Kenyans have made it clear that they are not afraid to face death ahead of the Gen Z Memorial March.

They have shown that they are aware they may or may not make it out alive after the protests or end up in hospital beds.

Others joked that they had already taken photos for their eulogy. Some noted that their parents might get money like Albert Ojwang's family.

What did William Ruto say about #OccupyStateHouse protests?

On Tuesday, June 24, President William Ruto warned demonstrators against provoking the police, saying the force is among the respected on the continent.

Ruto also warned about the disruption of peace and the destruction of property during the June 25, which has been branded the mother of all protests.

"Nobody is above the law. You cannot intimidate the police, use force against the police or insult or threaten them; you are threatening the nation," Ruto said while hosting the National Police Service at State House, Nairobi.

IG Douglas Kanja shared similar sentiments as Ruto, firing a warning to demonstrators to refrain from accessing protected areas like the State House. He urged demonstrators to avoid violence.

He said stern actions will be taken against those who attempt to breach the security State House.

"It is important to note that unauthorised persons must refrain from accessing protected areas. The public is also urged to refrain from provoking the police officers on duty," the Police Inspector General warned.

He shared that security will be beefed up everywhere in the city during the demonstrations.

Did Gen Z share eulogy ahead of protests?

In other news, haunting words from 26-year-old Makana Edwin have left Kenyans taunted ahead of the planned protests.

The young man, on the eve of the planned protests, shared his eulogy in case he does not make it home.

The self-written eulogy has become a powerful symbol of youth's courage and an unwavering demand for justice.

The young man is a mechanical engineer from Kisii, as well as a digital content creator and a DJ with a major following on X.
