The family of TikToker Milly Wa Doc has revealed the reason behind her death.

The demise of the TikTok influencer has left many shocked as they mourn the sudden loss of a fellow creator.

Milly wa Doc's cause of death

During a meeting at the family home, a relative named Monica, introduced as Milly’s aunt, shared a brief account of how her illness began.

According to Monica, Milly initially developed a cyst in her stomach. After visiting the hospital, she was advised to have it removed as soon as possible.

The late Milly had to undergo an operation to remove it, but following the procedure, she experienced heavy bleeding and lost a significant amount of blood.

Milly had to be given a blood transfusion, and after three days, she was allowed to go back home and rest, but this did not end well.

Monica noted that after three days, it was discovered both her kidneys had failed, and doctors decided to put her on meds.

"They said if the meds don't work, then they will see what to do next. They had given her until yesterday morning, and if she was getting better she they had to do dialysis," she said.

On Monday, June 2, Milly started her dialysis and was able to leave the hospital in good condition.

However, that night, things worsened for Milly, and she sadly passed away.

According to the MC, what was written as the cause of death appears to be acute kidney failure.

Many went on TikTok to mourn the death of the TikToker, which was certainly heartbreaking for many.

Was Milly wa Doc married to mzungu man?

A video of the TikToker talking about how she struggled in her childhood during a past interview with TUKO.co.ke has re-emerged online.

During the interview, Milly narrated how life became unbearable, forcing her to join the world's oldest profession to work as a street walker when she was just 18.

She narrated how on the first day she met a Mzungu man, who changed her life for the better. She narrated how she opened up to the man, and he took her back to school to at least learn English.

After sometime together, Milly said they got married officially at the DC's office. Later, they went to Germany and tied the knot in a white wedding.

But after welcoming their first child, things changed, leading to their separation.

Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Milly's husband spoke following the demise, which came a month after their wedding.

The husband, Odeke, spoke during a meeting, noting that he was unfamiliar to many of her social media followers.

He requested time off to go and rest, seemingly feeling the heavy burden that had befallen him.
