When is the deadline for the TotalEnergies internship?
In an advertisement on its website, the oil marketing company noted that the internship programme would run for 18 months.

The company asked graduates to submit their applications by Monday, July 7, 2025, through its online recruitment portal.
Successful candidates will work locally for six months and 12 months across Africa to gain valuable work experience.
"Recent graduates from reputable universities who are keen to obtain worthwhile experience both domestically and abroad are eligible for this opportunity. The 18-month programme starts with a six-month local training phase and ends with a 12-month assignment in one of our African subsidiaries. More than 50 young professionals have successfully finished the program in the last ten years, and we are honoured to carry on this significant tradition," it stated.
What are the requirements for applicants?
- Candidates must have graduated within the last two years and hold a minimum of upper second-class honours in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, mechatronic).
- Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Robotics.
- Software engineering.
- Finance.
- Accounting.
- Business administration.
- Sales and marketing, or related business fields.
"Other support functions are human resource management, supply chain management, information technology, law, data analytics, statistics, economics, environmental studies and sustainability management," it added.
2. Applicants must have a minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of B+ or equivalent.
3. The maximum age is 26 years.
4. Candidates must attach their KCSE certificate, a copy of their national ID card, a degree certificate (or master’s, if applicable) and relevant professional qualification certificates.

The petroleum firm clarified that it does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.
It noted that only applications submitted through the official portal will be considered.
How should graduates polish their CVs?
Career development associate Simon Ingari advised graduates to be honest in their applications.
He noted that they should highlight their school achievements to enhance their chances of succeeding in interviews.
"Be purposeful, truthful, and consistent. Customise your CV and cover letter for every job application. Highlight your strengths with tangible examples, whether from volunteer work or academic projects," Ingari told TUKO.co.ke.
Which other institutions advertised jobs?
In related news, Machakos county advertised 170 jobs for support staff, nurses, medical specialists and other professionals.
Safaricom also announced opportunities for Kenyan job seekers in diverse fields.
Elsewhere, Isuzu East Africa invited applications for its Graduate in Training (GIT) programme for Kenyan degree holders.
The car manufacturer and distributor noted that eligible and interested candidates should apply by June 24.
